· Dan, been thinking of the KMG for a while. Only thing holding me back is that it's the same configuration as my B3, which I've had tracking problems on the flat platten. Especially with heavy belts. If you tell me there's no tracking problem with a hogger 60 grit belt, I'll be sold. Dan.

Building slowly a Classic KMGStyle 2" x 72" Belt Grinder, Part 2: After the pulley, the only other parts I managed to do were a few of the idler wheels. The rest of the time it just... sat. Too many irons, not enough fire. :) Fastforward to 2018, closing in on ten years (!)

· Dec 10, 2018. #43. I went ahead and ordered KMGTX. It is the only grinder in its class (2HP VFD direct drive 6", horizontal/vertical, ratcheting tension, both 10" wheel and flat platen are included) that is available same day, and priced really well. In fact I don't see a cheaper offer so far.
